Job Opportunity
Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to fill the role of Senior Manager Lifescience F/M/X. As an intrapreneur, you will have the opportunity to impact the development of Amaris Consulting and become a leader of tomorrow.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating on three main axes: Business Development, Recruitment and Management, and Business Unit Management. This includes identifying prospects through market analysis and cold calling, engaging with potential clients, managing and nurturing existing accounts, attracting and recruiting top talent, mentoring and supporting your team, and overseeing the well-being and success of your business unit.
We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, attracted by challenges, self-starters, and ambitious individuals who thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English and possess a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
The compensation package includes a fixed and a variable portion, directly linked to your results and that rewards success in a very significant way. Our Recruitment Process
We strive to provide our candidates with the best possible recruitment experience. We like to get to know our candidates, challenge them, and be able to give them proper feedback as quickly as possible. Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you. The objective is to learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you. The average number of interviews is 3, and the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities.
