Global Strategic Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Global Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions. This role is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and forecast sales performance.
- Evaluate market intelligence and competitive strategies to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Closely work with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market plans and campaigns.
- Monitor and measure sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You:
- 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies and managing programs in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
