About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at Worldline, reporting to the Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations and employees adhere to all external regulatory mandates and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Implement and maintain effective second-line defense controls.
- Support the development and implementation of reporting activities for regulators, governance bodies, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to design and deliver compliance training programs.
- Evaluate and improve compliance systems to ensure adequate software and processes are in place.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Law.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk assessment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, with fluency in speaking and writing.
