About the Role:

Splendido, a luxury hotel part of the LVMH Group, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily activities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. They should have excellent customer service skills and be able to lead and train the restaurant personnel in a collaborative and efficient environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support operations in the restaurant to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
  • Manage opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Respond to customer needs and questions
  • Manage inventory operations
  • Plan activities and menu implementations with the Restaurant Manager
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are respected

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of English language, other languages considered a plus
  • Able to manage stressful situations
