Migross Spa is seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our fish department as a Fishmonger Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting merchandise, preparing and selling fish products, and providing excellent customer service.

• Receiving and inspecting fish and seafood products
• Preparing and selling fish products, including assisted sales and self-service
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Preparing ready-to-eat fish dishes
• Cleaning and maintaining the fish department

• High school diploma, preferably with a culinary arts background
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
