About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Engineer to join our Product Development Department at Alfa Laval Corporate Ab. As a Compliance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of rules and standards across the Product Development Department
  • Define Quality Control Plans (QCPs) for products
  • Lead risk assessments on new products using methods such as EN 12100, FMEA, HAZOP, or other relevant techniques
  • Write and manage documentation related to quality assessment, including procedures and reports
  • Investigate customer claims related to product design and develop root cause analysis methods
  • Manage quality improvement projects and activities
Requirements
  • Self-driven and able to lead self and others
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive
  • Scrupulous with high integrity
  • Good communicator in speech and writing
