Synergie Italia S.p.a. is seeking a skilled Gastronomia Specialist to join our team in Borgomanero.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage our gastronomy department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

• Manage the gastronomy department, including ordering, stocking, and displaying products.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and display food products, including slicing meats and cheeses.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in food sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends.
