Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

  • Monitoring the main production KPIs, OEE and cycle time of the production lines.
  • Analyzing production data and providing support in reaching goals of continuous improvement.
  • Reporting activities on daily/weekly/monthly volumes and analyzing main gap to the target.
  • Supporting the interfunctional project (Quality, R&D, HSE).

Requirements

We are looking for:

  • Master's degree in management/industrial or mechanical engineering.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Python or SQL would be considered as a plus.
