About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Disponente Ufficio Traffico to join our Operations department in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning relationships with carriers to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the principal of operations, ops, finance, and quality teams to ensure exceptional transport service and quality.
  • Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners.
  • Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle inquiries from carriers.
  • Use your knowledge of partner businesses to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations tasks.
Requirements
  • Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (Excel).
  • Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities.
  • Knowledge of geography transport rules.
  • 1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road and express courier.
  • Fluent Italian and good English language skills.
  • Great attention to detail and organized approach.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress.
  • Mediation skills and claims management.
  • Pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules.
