Valeo is a global leader in the automotive industry, designing innovative solutions to improve mobility. As a Production Supervisor at our Pianezza plant, you will be responsible for managing the production lines and teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage production lines and teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Lead continuous improvement workshops and ensure the implementation of new ideas
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Engineering degree (mandatory)
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry (mandatory)
- Good Italian language skills (B2 minimum, mandatory)
- Fluent English language skills
- Available to work shifts
