In Bluserena, un leader nel settore dei servizi alberghieri, siamo alla ricerca di un cuoco capo partita - demi chef per unirsi alla nostra squadra durante la stagione estiva.

Azienda e Posizione

Siamo una società con oltre 60 anni di esperienza nella gestione di strutture ricettive a 4 e 5 stelle in diverse località italiane. La nostra struttura più vicina è il Serenusa Resort a Licata (AG) in Sicilia.

Funzioni Principali

Il/a Cuoco Capo Partita - Demi Chef dovrà:
• Supervisionare e gestire la preparazione, la cottura e la presentazione dei piatti nel rispetto del menù e secondo le indicazioni dello chef;
• Essere responsabile della propria area di competenza;
• Adattare il lavoro alle fluttuazioni del volume degli ospiti, assicurando sempre standard elevati di qualità;
• Ottimizzare i processi di produzione, gestendo tempi e qualità delle preparazioni;
• Controllare la qualità delle materie prime, selezionare gli alimenti e gestire le scorte;
• Assicurarsi di mantenere le apparecchiature utilizzate in buone condizioni e pulite;
• Garantire la pulizia e l'ordine dei luoghi di lavoro;
• Attenersi scrupolosamente alle norme in materia di sicurezza e igiene (HACCP);
• Garantire gli standard aziendali;

Risorse Finanziarie

L'incarico sarà retribuito con uno stipendio mensile pari a circa €2.500-€3.000 netti, soggetto a variazioni in base all'esperienza professionale e alle esigenze dell'azienda.
