Mission
As a successful PLM Solutions Consultant , you will be pivotal in executing professional service engagements that support clients in implementing the Kubix Link platform, which encompasses PLM, PIM, DAM, and Kubix Board. Your role will include the initial discovery phase, requirements gathering, configuration, training, issue resolution, upgrades, and support hand-off. Additionally, you will coordinate integrations with third-party software providers via API, collaborating closely with our clients' IT departments and other internal stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities
- Build effective working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead the design and implementation of the Kubix Link platform through collaborative sessions with customers to identify application requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including to-do lists, issues logs, and status reports.
- Schedule, conduct, and document project team meetings.
- Advise and coach clients on industry best practices and application usage.
- Facilitate smooth change management by providing effective training and support to users in a live environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, PLM Technical team, and Customer Care.
- Travel to client locations as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in management, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions such as PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, or IT; a consulting background is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess issues and system environments.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent relational, communication, and listening skills, complemented by an empathetic approach.
- Understanding of business processes.
- Experience in the Fashion Industry and familiarity with Fashion processes is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate profitability versus risk.
- Decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
