Event Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team at Borgo Santo Pietro, a luxurious five-star boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Tuscany. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing exceptional private events, including weddings, celebrations, and other special occasions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all private events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Handle event inquiries, proposals, and contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Negotiate dates, spaces, and rates to achieve sales goals, while upholding the company's vision and mission.
  • Provide impeccable customer service, promoting business growth and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
Candidate Profile:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Knowledge of LHW high-level standards and hotel operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Hotel PMS, and email.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
