Dining Room Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Rang to join our team at Nh Italia Spa. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Table Management: Ensure that all tables are set and ready for service, and that the dining area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
2. Service Delivery: Provide exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Teamwork: Work closely with the maître and other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
4. Knowledge and Skills: Develop a thorough knowledge of our menus and wine list, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry.
5. Communication: Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Language Skills: Fluent English and a second language are highly desirable.
• Personality: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
