Key Responsibilities

As an Enrollment Counselor at Villanova University, you will be the primary point of contact for all inquiries and applications for open enrollment non-credit courses and programs in the College of Professional Studies (CPS). Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with prospective students throughout the enrollment lifecycle, from initial inquiry to registration.

Prospect Communication and Management
Utilize Slate CRM and other technology applications to manage the inquiry and enrollment process. Proactively engage with inquiries and applicants to understand their personal and professional goals. Monitor the daily progress of prospective students and analyze data to improve conversion rates. Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective students via various channels. Participate in community and University recruiting events.

Application and Enrollment Support
Utilize Slate and other technology applications to process enrollments. Maintain prompt communication with enrollees and applicants. Encourage program enrollment by providing ongoing communication. Record and track enrollment activity.

College and University Collaboration
Maintain familiarity with the University catalog and CPS academic programs. Connect with Faculty Program Coordinators and other University offices. Provide feedback from prospective students to inform marketing campaigns.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. At least 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary, with experience in recruitment or professional sales. Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, are required.

Preferred Qualifications
A Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience are preferred.
