This new venture aims to create solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to enhance the industrial hollow glass forming process. Bottero is looking for individuals who are driven by the dynamic nature of a high-tech startup, characterized by a streamlined organization, agile development practices, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in field service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency across various engineering disciplines, including software, mechanics, and electronics

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Testing
    • Develop and maintain test setups
    • Organize and manage the test documentation (using tools like Squash, Doors)
    • Design, automate, and execute tests
    • Update the bug tracking system
  • Plant Testing
    • Collaborate with the Hot End Expert to define test objectives
    • Manage required hardware and software
    • Coordinate with clients
    • Provide daily reports and document test deliverables accurately
  • Field Service Support
    • Train clients and new staff
    • Participate in initial installations of new products
    • Provide technical assistance during challenges
