Junior Product Manager (TMTI)
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop local marketing objectives and execute marketing plans for assigned products, leveraging market data to inform strategies.
- Product Innovation: Evaluate opportunities for new product development and market expansion, driving growth and improvement.
- Sales Enablement: Provide operational support to the sales force, including product presentations and customer training, ensuring seamless sales processes.
- Training and Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product training materials, enhancing the skills of sales teams and customers.
- Compliance: Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles.
- Experience: Previous work experience or internships in marketing or product management are highly valued, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English and Italian.
