Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Lead to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our Commercial Interior Design team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to create innovative and effective store layouts, range presentations, and store communications that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Commercial Interior Design team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to stimulate interest in home furnishing and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement store commercial calendars to ensure vitality and seasonality
  • Stay up-to-date with retailing, home furnishing, and design trends to inform creative directions and inspire visitors
  • Support the development of department action plans and lead the store Commercial Interior Design team in securing relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in design-orientated roles, including interior design, graphic design, visual merchandising, and store planning
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop people and creative processes in a changing environment
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to set and implement action plans and provide clear direction
  • Proven customer-focused mindset and ability to combine commercial, aesthetic, and practical skills
  • Good analytical and strategic skills, including the ability to steer the store business over the short-, mid-, and long term
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge and experience of using relevant software, including AutoCad and Revit
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English languages

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

You will lead and inspire the store Commercial Interior Design team to use knowledge of IKEA home furnishing and people's life at home to grow the business. You will partner with the Commercial Manager to stimulate and increase interest in home furnishing for all co-workers in the store. You will secure vitality and seasonality in the store by creating and implementing a store commercial calendar together with the store management team.
