Warehouse Optimization Specialist

The successful candidate will be part of a logistics center dedicated to pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The primary objective is to work alongside the branch manager to analyze and improve warehouse flows, maintain existing KPI reports, and create new reports to identify areas for improvement. This will enable the continuous optimization of the warehouse and the development of standards for Contract Logistics Healthcare, with the aim of replicating them in other warehouses within the same vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn the logic of a pharmaceutical and healthcare warehouse
  • Maintain existing KPIs and create new reports to analyze and improve warehouse flows
  • Use the internal WMS for data extraction and analysis activities
  • Learn pharmaceutical rules and regulations applicable to supply chain activities
  • Support continuous improvement and the creation of standards for the Contract Logistics Healthcare sector
Requirements:
  • Great analytical and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of English
