About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our automation team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-precision optical lenses and frame parts.

Main Responsibilities

  • CNC Programming: Develop and modify CNC programs for lens and frame manufacturing machinery, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Machine Setup and Operation: Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
  • Tooling and Fixtures: Select and maintain tooling, fixtures, and parameters for each production run, adhering to quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect and measure workpieces during and after production, ensuring they meet cosmetic and shape quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, making adjustments as needed.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Programmer with 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in an optical environment. You should have proficiency in CNC programming software, familiarity with lens manufacturing equipment, and strong problem-solving skills.
