Job Title: Senior Server
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Server to join our team at Petra Segreta Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of providing top-notch service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage table service: Coordinate the delivery of food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Supervise dining room staff: Oversee the work of dining room staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with menu planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our guests.
- Monitor inventory and supplies: Ensure that the dining room is adequately stocked with linens, glassware, and other essential supplies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- At least one year of experience: Proven experience in a similar role is required.
- Knowledge of wines: Familiarity with wine and wine service is a plus.
- Strong work ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
