We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Leader to join our team at Amazon. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes and ensure seamless operations.
A Day in the Life
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, and handle individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.

As an Area Manager, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or working towards a bachelor's degree is required.
- Advanced Proficiency in English: Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in performing data analysis and working in a logistical environment is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- AR Experience: AR experience is recommended.
- Logistical Experience: Experience working in a logistical environment.
- MS Office Suite: Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
