About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in automating and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes, scalable architecture, and high availability. You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Unreal Engine.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Develop scripts in Bash, Python, and Go to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
  • Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Go.
  • Deep knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in macOS and Windows shells.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.

What we offer:
  • Competitive salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per year.
  • Variable compensation: annual bonus and career development plan based on performance and achievement of KPIs/results.
  • Full-time and hybrid work arrangement, with a core time from 10:00 to 12:00 am.
  • Relocation assistance for three months in Modena.
  • International environment, gym in the Modena office, and fresh coffee.
