Job Description

Satispay is revolutionizing payments and we're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to implement integrated procurement strategies, manage procurement costs, ensure compliance in procurement flow, optimize buying activities, and continuously monitor and report on key procurement metrics.

Your Mission

  • Develop and implement integrated procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Update and maintain accurate records related to procurement costs, ensuring precision and up-to-date information.
  • Support departments in adhering to the correct procurement flow and assist as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Guarantee timely deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and process compliance. Continuously monitor and report on key procurement metrics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide support and guidance to departments making purchases, ensuring they follow the correct procurement flow.
  • Continuously monitor and report on key metrics related to procurement operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in administration, finance, or procurement; experience in operational efficiency and cost management is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics. ESG-related experience is considered a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex details to teams and vendors, and nurture positive ties with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Italian or other European languages is considered a plus.

Salary Range: €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
