This role involves working closely with the IAP Coordinator to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy. The Communications Assistant will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing the organization's online presence, and providing timely responses to information requests.

Key responsibilities include designing and formatting publications, maintaining a database of photographs, and curating the Young Physician Leaders website content. The incumbent will also facilitate contacts between YPL alumni and their engagement in small working group interactions and individual peer learning.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in communications, marketing, or a related field. Experience in working with web-based content management tools and design programs is highly desirable. You must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner and possess excellent writing and editing skills.
