Key Responsibilities- Assist the project team in planning, estimating, coordinating, and controlling the execution of electrical projects, including high-voltage systems, in accordance with project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze tender and contractual documents to review scope of work and schedule, and identify project requirements and constraints.
- Support in the preparation of the project execution plan and organization charts.
- Assist in the definition of resource allocation and assessment of man-hours required for project mobilization.
- Coordinate specific topics related to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and other agencies.
- Provide technical support for project-related documentation, risk assessment, and risk response activities.
- Interface with electrical suppliers and installation subcontractors for high-voltage systems.
- Assist in coordinating the close-out of electrical projects.
- Review and follow up on completions at commissioning, start-up, and test run activities.
- Contribute to the planning and scheduling of maintenance plans for projects.
- Technical diploma in electrical technology or degree in electrical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in wind offshore projects during the fabrication phase.
- Experience with Windows, MS Excel, MS Project, Autocad, and 3D Viewer.
- Fluent level of English (written and spoken).
