Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure software meets specified standards and requirements.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using standard industry tools and frameworks.
  3. Track software defects and collaborate with the development and project management teams to improve software quality and ensure a positive user experience.
  4. Identify opportunities for test automation and work to maximize automation coverage.
  5. Participate in daily stand-up meetings for release planning and post-go-live analysis.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven experience in manual software testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an active approach to providing end-to-end solutions to software quality issues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Passion for work with high energy and motivation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Tricentis Tosca) and programming languages (Java, Python, or JS) is a plus.
