Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Portfolio Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned area customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients in the Lombardia region to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Lombardia region.
- Event Support: Support the Event Department in identifying and securing sales opportunities.
- After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head Office sales team and other hotels' sales teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven work experience in sales management (at least 3 years).
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Lombardia region and its business landscape.
- Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Language: Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
