IMS Specialist I

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IMS Specialist I to join our team. As an IMS Specialist I, you will be responsible for processing investigator payments, facilitating site payments, and collaborating with internal groups to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

Process investigator payments by managing payment data in various CTMS tools, reviewing data with project managers, and processing grant payment requests.
Facilitate site payments with internal groups, including clinical operations, project management, and accounts payable.
Collaborate with accounts receivable and project management to ensure advance funding is received from sponsors and deposits are available for site payments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Oracle experience preferred but not mandatory.
Foreign language proficiency preferred.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
