About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enterprising senior talent to join our Group as a Construction Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design, planning, and construction phases of new foreign business units in the Plant and Infrastructure area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the design, planning, and construction phases of new foreign business units
  • Review designs during all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with ESSILOR LUXOTTICA standards and local legislation
  • Provide technical specifications and detailed technical-economic analyses to define design requirements
  • Draft site progress reports for monitoring activities
  • Coordinate and manage construction sites for material procurement and construction phases
  • Manage project budgets, allocating resources to achieve quality standards
  • Align competing companies in support of the Tender Manager and Procurement office
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, sharing problems and solutions
  • Manage variations and modifications to achieve required outputs
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with excellent results
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Construction project management
  • Strong organizational skills and critical analysis
  • Fluent English and Italian
