At Inpeco, we are seeking a skilled Certification Specialist to join our Quality Department.


The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our products comply with applicable regulations and safety requirements. This involves working closely with the development team to coordinate the drafting of essential requirements applicable to our products.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as the Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Restriction of Hazardous Substances, and Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals.


Key qualifications include:



  • Technical diploma or degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Precision and attention to documentation details
  • English at least level B1, fluent in Italian
  • Office 365 proficiency

Nice to have:



  • Previous experience in safety laboratories
  • Quality and regulatory knowledge
  • Technical drawings reading
