Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Domain Controller Manager to join our team in Turin. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the CFO and OEN Business Line Controller in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliability of all financial data within the controlled perimeter, in compliance with company rules and timetables.
  • Participate in bid processes, validating financial components and group intercompany transactions rules application at the bid phase, and validate consolidated economic and financial figures as Finance Presenter.
  • Coordinate the analysis, update, and monitoring of project financial components in cooperation with project management and other finance departments during program execution.
  • Collaborate on project initialization, reviewing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), allocating the total budget, implementing management tools, and structuring risk and opportunity management.
  • Measure and analyze costs variances between actuals, forecasts, budget, and baselines.
  • Ensure forecasts and monitoring of revenues and cash flow.
  • Coordinate and produce monthly consolidated project reports (Dashboard) and forecasts data package with major risks and opportunities identified.
  • Provide monthly reports to be presented and discussed with the legal entity and JV Top Management.
  • Lead a controllers team with proper leadership, ensuring coordination within other CFO departments.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
  • Experience: > 10 years.
  • Specific Knowledge: project controlling.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Financial Systems (i.e. SAP, Primavera).
  • Presentation skills (Power Point).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, respecting deadlines.

Soft Skills:

  • Pro-activity and time management.
  • Teamwork, positive flexible attitude, and ability to deal with people as a team Manager.
  • Communication skills, including public speaking in Italian and in English.
