About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. This individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members.

Job Description
  • Greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym.
  • Provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies.
  • Perform various administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
  • Computer skills required.
  • CPR Certification and ability to pass a criminal background screen.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
