Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of our innovative SaaS solutions in the Italian market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales and be able to establish and expand our presence in Italy.

  • Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to successfully closing enterprise software deals.
  • Develop creative and effective sales strategies to unlock untapped opportunities and achieve – or exceed – sales targets for our SaaS products.
  • Build and nurture a strong SaaS network by proactively acquiring new business and engaging with high-level decision-makers, including VPs, CTOs, and other executives.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasts through meticulous documentation in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with our Pre-Sales and Value Management teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create strategic account plans that drive sustainable growth in your key accounts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense industries in Italy.
  • Proven expertise in strategic account planning, identifying new business opportunities, and utilizing sales frameworks such as SPIN or MEDDIC.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and co-developing tailored, high-value solutions with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with C-level executives and close high-value enterprise deals.
  • A structured and efficient approach to managing multiple sales opportunities while prioritizing effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
