We're seeking a talented R&D Specialist to join our team in Treviso, Italy. As a key member of our research and development team, you'll contribute to the design, testing, and improvement of our wheelchair products, directly impacting the lives of individuals who rely on our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test new wheelchair models, focusing on improving functionality, comfort, and usability.
• Research
  Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research on emerging technologies and materials that can be applied to our products.
• Collaboration
  Work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet all necessary specifications and standards.
• Documentation
  Prepare reports and documentation of design processes, test results, and product specifications.
• Innovation
  Generate new ideas for product features and enhancements.
• User-Centered Design
  Engage with end-users and gather feedback to inform the design and development process, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations.
• Compliance
  Ensure all product designs comply with relevant safety and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field or relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
• A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus
