We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our Capri Tax Department in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing taxes and returns for EMEA Capri entities, handling transfer pricing documentation, and monitoring tax laws.
Key Responsibilities- Manage direct and indirect taxes, including income taxes, IRAP, VAT, and withholding taxes, for EMEA Capri entities.
- Support in transfer pricing documentation, including inter-company agreements and transfer pricing analysis.
- Monitor tax law development and assess implications for Capri entities.
- Provide tax support and assistance to business partners, with a focus on marketing-related activities.
- Support the Capri Tax Group in relationships with Italian and foreign tax authorities.
- Collaborate on cross-border projects involving EMEA entities.
- Support yearly reporting activities for US GAAP and IFRS purposes.
- Manage specific compliance initiatives and projects, such as research development incentives and Industry 4.0 incentives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in a multinational group tax department or a Big Four firm.
- Chartered Accountant certification.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and flexibility to meet business requests.
