Job Summary

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to join the R&D department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components for Alpinestars' electronic products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop hardware components for electronic products;
  • Create detailed design specifications based on product requirements;
  • Conduct simulations and prototyping to validate hardware designs;
  • Perform testing and debugging of hardware to ensure functionality and reliability;
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware and software components;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications;
  • Document design processes, test procedures, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and development in a big electronics company;
  • Experience with consumer electronics, specifically in mobile battery-operated devices;
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and RTOS;
  • Strong understanding of product development process controls and measures;
  • Proficiency in hardware design tools and techniques;
  • Experience with low power control systems, battery management, and multi-axial sensing systems;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues;
  • Good knowledge of electronics testing equipment;
  • Good soldering skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the market;
  • Fluency in English.
