Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Loacker Austria. As a key member of our Sales Controlling team, you will provide extensive commercial support to our global operations, working on sales-related projects and acting as a business partner for our digital business and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models for our digital and retail business areas, analyzing sales performance metrics and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Cost Control and Reporting: Monitor and control costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets, and prepare and present detailed financial reports highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
- Business Partnership and Strategy Support: Provide commercial support and business partnership to the Digital Business and Retail Teams, helping to drive strategic decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Team Support and Process Improvement: Support the global Sales Controlling team in operational tasks and project work, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of deliverables, and identify and contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales controlling activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling or a related field.
- Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, process orientation, and a solid understanding of complex business contexts.
- High initiative, assertiveness, proactive problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High team spirit and willingness to integrate.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP user knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools are beneficial.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German language skills are advantageous.
