Logistics Specialist

About the Role

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the order fulfillment process and logistics management of goods to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

1. Manage receipt/preparation orders and direct supervision of the activities of the pharmaceutical logistics center.
2. Utilize internal WMS for routine tasks.
3. Handle complaints and disputes with in-depth analysis and definition of improvement actions.
4. Operate in compliance with received directives, approved plans, company policies and procedures.
5. Ensure regularity, quality and timing of activities necessary to fulfill orders and deliver goods.

Your Skills and Experience

1. Experience in multi-customer logistics within the pharmaceutical sector.
2. Time planning even in situations of high stress.
3. Resource planning and contingency coordination.
4. Flexibility.
5. Team working.
6. Driver's license.
7. Fluent Italian.
8. Intermediate English.
