Job Responsibilities

As an Italian-speaking Operational Risk Specialist with experience in managing manufacturing and/or heavy industry operations, you will support our teams in assessing and auditing client sites, as well as delivering coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioral change in the approach to process and workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Hold a Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management & Workplace Safety Training
  • Have expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or Utilities sectors
  • Have experience in managing change and embedding a safety culture
  • Be fluent in Italian
  • Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset willing to develop expertise in safety and operations management
  • You will be interested in working on a freelance basis, able to work on short and long-term projects without any guarantees of further work
