Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Membership Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, we specialize in connecting our clients with top professionals across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Manage the membership application and approval process, ensuring seamless onboarding for new members.
• Collaborate with various departments to build strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Plan and organize member events, activities, and programs to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote membership benefits and club activities.
• Monitor membership trends and provide recommendations for enhancing the membership experience.
• Prepare regular reports on membership statistics and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in membership management or a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of membership management systems and tools.
• Experience in planning and organizing events and activities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Experience in a yacht club or similar luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
