Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Transcend: PMO Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the success of our global business transformation program, Transcend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the IM Transcend PMO across various activities and outputs, including project planning, risk management, and resource management.
  • Partner with Project Deployment Leads to establish coordinated project plans and schedules.
  • Support the implementation of program methodology, including relevant templates, tools, and controls.
  • Collaborate with the business adoption team to ensure organizational change, business readiness, and training are delivered to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with Core Team peers to ensure effective communication of key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in program management, preferably on large, sophisticated business transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical experience, including working with complex data sets and processes.
  • Proven track record of drawing conclusions and making decisions based on analytical findings.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams and cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industry in a project environment.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Experience in developing analytical dashboards and/or Smartsheet workflow.
