About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineering professional to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our Security Services delivery team, you will be responsible for providing operational governance of security services activities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and oversee relationships with MSS delivery organizations providing security support
  • Provide oversight and management for operational MSS security activities, processes, and policies as required
  • Oversee device quality assurance processes and devices transitioning to steady state
  • Facilitate delivery for critical situations or sensitive projects
  • Track, report, and resolve quality issues impacting the client
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for service delivery defects
  • Provide proactive analysis and recommendations for operational environment
  • Produce a Standard Operating Procedures Compilation
Requirements
  • Experience in crisis management
  • Prior supervisory or technical team lead experience
  • Security Technologies (SIEM, firewalls/routers, proxies, endpoint security, and privileged ID management)
  • Security best practices, regulations
  • Technical, business, and strategic leadership
  • Project management
  • Customer-focused
  • Excellent people management
  • Ability to interact with staff, peers, and customers on a technical and professional level
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of customer service-related performance metrics
