Job Summary

The Senior Network and Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of IT services, including technical support for operations in Brescia, global/corporate services, and cybersecurity across HPDI Technology. This role will provide technical direction for IT management systems, engineering systems, and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and security of warehouse and manufacturing systems
  • Support of warehouse and manufacturing systems
  • End user support for Brescia site
  • Working with partner to provide Network support
  • Server and storage maintenance and support
  • Cybersecurity responsibilities for HPDI Technology global sites
  • Management of partner managed awareness program
  • Responsible for Vulnerability Management globally
  • Management of partner for SOC/SEIM/SOAR services
  • Site IT Leadership and Customer Service
  • Work closely with global IT staff to provide a consistent end user experience
  • Management of site vendors and partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years related IT experience, including global experience preferred
  • Experience with warehouse and manufacturing systems
  • IT certifications, diploma or combination of related education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience using IT service delivery tools and knowledge-based systems
  • Cybersecurity skills and understanding of current tools and methodologies including NIST
  • Technical expertise in supporting Windows, MS Office 365
  • Experience with MS Power Shell, batch files or similar command line management tools
  • Experience with VMWare/Hypervisor and extensive server/storage experience
  • Medium to Advanced networking knowledge. Meraki, Cisco Systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and track daily tasks and projects
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Works well under pressure in an environment with competing demands and tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and works effectively with non-technical users
  • ITIL experience and/or certification desired
  • Fluent in Italian and English
