Marketing Manager - Consumer Marketing Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Smashbox. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans to ensure effective implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share ideas and challenges
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Present projects to stakeholders and drive presentations
  • Build local product offerings in collaboration with Trade Marketing
  • Develop local launch plans
  • Manage campaigns, including event management and tracking
  • Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making, particularly regarding launches
  • Support Marketing budget activities on a daily basis
  • Define and optimize A&P budget
  • Connect with consumers to gather data and insights
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Communication Executive to gather feedback from customers
  • Proactively seek ways to manage Corporate Responsibility in line with global activities
  • Engage in CR activities across various touch points

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles with a luxury goods or FMCG knowledge
  • Strong strategic accountability in marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate messages to consumers and key stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and decision-making skills
  • Personality: willingness to lead, test, learn, and challenge the status quo
  • Strong digital understanding, with interest in trends and new technology
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and interface with international markets
