Job Description

Sephora is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Arese to join our team. As a Specialist Arese, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Sephora's visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
