ACCIONA Energía is a leading renewable energy company with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Coordinator to join our team at the MacIntyre Wind Farm in Queensland, Australia.

• Collaborate with the HSE Manager and Site Manager team to implement the Site HSE Management Plan and Environmental Plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental conditions stipulated in permits and commitments outlined in permit applications.
• Provide expertise in environmental management systems, including ISO 14001.
• Conduct environmental inspections, reporting, and close out of action items.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to environmental controls.
• Serve as the primary contact for chemical approvals and oversee the storage, use, and disposal of hazardous substances and dangerous goods.

• Strong understanding of environmental management systems, including ISO 14001.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven track record of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Impeccable attention to detail, judgement, and integrity.
• Proficiency in conducting environmental inspections and monitoring.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
