Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team at Samsung Electronics. This is an exciting opportunity to supervise agents' commission plans and sales deductions for assigned Sales Divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate monthly accrual of agents' commissions
  • Assist the Sales Administration Manager in calculating and paying agents' commissions
  • Prepare and manage agents' contracts
  • Foster communication with Sales Division and agents regarding commissions and sales deductions
  • Support the Sales Administration Manager in generating sales deductions reports
  • Update the system with sales deduction indices for each Commercial division
  • Verify credit notes and Co Ad invoices against commercial agreements
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of relevant accounts and update the Finance department accordingly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks with both commercial and administrative aptitude
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Flexible and proactive problem solver
