Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant AP to join our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo, CO. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable team and ensuring the timely payment of suppliers. You'll also be responsible for reviewing incoming invoices, preparing and handling payment runs, and performing Accounts Receivable daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Accounts Payable team in inputting purchase invoices and expense notes.
- Follow up on timely payment of suppliers and ensure completeness of costs during closing.
- Review incoming invoices for legal requirements and forward them via an electronic workflow for approval.
- Prepare and handle payment runs on time.
- Perform Accounts Receivable daily operational activities, including cash allocation and payment recording.
- Process and record travel expense reports and credit card statements in compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Perform Account clarification and reconciliation, as well as master data maintenance in ERP.
- Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent culture.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in General Accounting.
- Experience in Analysis of costs and budgets.
- Availability to travel.
- Fluent in English.
