Job Description

As a Financial Management and Enterprise Performance Management Team member, you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, redesigning control, planning, and reporting models for leading companies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and defining budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales, and operational planning processes;
  • Defining profitability analysis models, including income statement analysis, reclassification, consolidation, variable direct costs, and cost allocation rules for overheads;
  • Assisting in closing process analysis for management accounts and redefining them for fast closes;
  • Developing strategic KPIs for accurate performance monitoring;
  • Preparing periodic directors' reports and analyzing changes.
Salary

We offer an attractive salary package of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Economics;
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles at a consulting company or firm;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad;
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities;
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
